I want to connect tia portal and plcsim with factory io but i have a driver error. The message of factory io is :more than one instance of s7-plcsim v13/v14 has been detected.please make sure that only instance is running. What i must do to solve this problem?

Try to restart your PLCSIM. May be you have opened it multiple times.
