    Thanks for the video. I think I would have shielded the cavity while I had everything out though.

      Humbuckers doesn't need shielding actually, this les paul is pretty quite.

      I would agree with passives, but this thing is in so much epoxy and les Paul’s are really shielded well from EI.

    i have an epiphone les paul passive guitar, do i need to create a new hole to put the batteries for the active pick ups?

      Nope, you can tape the battery in the cavity

      @@lesterguitarshop and also, if i use 13-62 string gauge to my 6 strings guitar can i still tone it to standard E? or will i have the freedom to tone it from E to any down tunings then move it back to E again, is it gonna damage my guitar?, thank you for answering man.

      @@ahmadibrahim9220 it's a very heavy gauge for standard tuning it'll warp your neck

      I was going to go with EMG JH set, but I can't find any with the long shaft. Then I've been looking at these. Same problem. I LOVE my Les Paul, but this is annoying. lol (First world problems)

      They are barely hanging on, but i was able to lock them properly

      Yes it will, those pots came with the fluence pups

      @@scottwillis7559 the Hettset is the only EMG’s I didn’t like. Go with the 57/66. You’ll thank me later
