That sounds incredible. I listen to Solti more than any other conductor, and this sounds incredible. There IS nostalgia attached, but I salso just listened to three other ensembles perform this. You guys are really together.
but it is still missing the underlining string elements. but with more brass it does brighten up the sound considerable. This is also a better recording than I have seen of the Spain version.
This is such an awesome performance, which is why I hate to say, and I know I'm being extremely picky here, that it is difficult for me to listen to this, whoever wrote this arrangement lengthened that one note in the main theme, and it throws the whole feel off. I wonder if anyone else will know what I'm talking about.
