Shohei Ohtani is actually an allian. He is from the comet called Baseball Star. His mission as the Baseballian is to unite the world with love and passion from playing the game of Baseball. Now you know why he is here on Earth at this time of era. When the world is suffering turmoil of the war and hatred accross the different regions.

I didn't even know the team bowed down to the SJW and changed their name. I thought the Washington Red Skins was the only team to hand over their testicles. Now the Indians as well.

One of my favorite lines from Ohtani before he went state side
You want to go out? You want to have fun drinking? That's not a formula for a championship is it?
People in the states really don't know how much his mind and life is all baseball and nothing else.
He is not your normal joe who's mind wanders off to other things.
He is the ultimate baseball savant that still has his mom take care of the finances for him since he doesn't care about spending money either.

And this can't be understated. Ohtani transfered 2 years early from Japan, meaning he could not get a big contract because of some laws that were put in place to secure talent stays in Japan. He willingly took a contract for just 3.5 million just to go to the MLB when he could have had 100 times that if he just waited.

Shohei just loves baseball and wants to enjoy. So, please protect the environment where he can continue to play baseball rather talking about money.

Ohtani's success is not only due to his talent. He has put in a lot of hard work. From the time he was a high school student, he wrote in a notebook what he lacked and what he needed to do to become the best player in the world. He continues to do so even now that he is a major leaguer. Even after games and on days when there are no games, he does not go out for fun or drinks, but focuses on training, eating, and sleeping every day. His effort is unbelievable.

Cleveland - don't waste your time going after Ohtani. There's a remote chance he could go to Boston or New York because they have a storied history and the money to build a winning team around him, but I would be VERY surprised if he doesn't stay on the west coast. He doesn't care about the money he'll get personally - it will be the biggest contract ever no matter where he signs - so it's about an organization that can win the WS and playing in a city where he feels comfortable. I believe him when he says he loves his teammates and the Angels fans - but he's not going to go down with the ship like Mike Trout - if they can't make the playoffs this year he gone!

Wishing thinking......the Angels F.O. would never trade away one of their best players.
If the Angels would trade Ohtani to the Guardians, it would take a monumental package to please LAA, a couple of the Guards top two AAA pitching prospects, Shane Bieber, and two or three of the Guards AAA position player prospects plus......a #1 and #2 draft pick.
Guardians F.O. would never agree to acquire Ohtani and give what LAA would ask for in return.

This WBC victory was a historic day in which the Japanese "YAKYU" Baseball won over the American-style “Baseball”.
Japanese YAKYU was derived uniquely from American-style baseball and took more than 100 years to achieve.
The fact is that on this same planet, there is another baseball that exists in a different spirit than the US style.
Of course, the roots of baseball are USA, but baseball that was exported to other countries from US and took root there developed in a different way. This would be a fact.
The reason “why Japanese baseball is strong in international tournaments" is not because they have strong members and excellent coaches.
It is because they are “not players who grew up learning baseball in the United States".
They were “educated in Japan's unique system of baseball education” when they were in high school.
Americans don’t realize the importance of "the unique baseball education system" of Japanese baseball.
Ohtani is undeniably a great athlete, but if he had been born and raised in the United States, with the same DNA would not have grown into the Ohtani of today.
He was born and raised in Japan and received a Japanese baseball education from childhood, which is why he is the player "he is today".
Not only the physical aspect, but also the way he thinks about baseball, his stoicism, and his gentle behavior are the result of
his baseball education from his childhood to high school in Japan. and it is Japan's unique baseball education that produced
    "the monster" Otani.
He is not a unicorn, but merely an honor student of Japanese high school baseball education.

Lots of "Hollywood Ending" in the past few months in sport! MLS Cup Final was basically the precursor to the World Cup Final, both ending up 3-3 in dramatic fashion, Gareth Bale magic in the 127th minute!, having to be decided with penalty kicks. Mexico having 3 Champs in the UFC. Japan winning this World Baseball tournament the way they did... will March Maddess keep it going?

It's infuriating to watch someone disagree with a statement and immediately contradicts himself by making another statement that is agreement with what he just disagreed upon. It's such a cognitive dissonance. The guy in the green shirt. LOL

You expect to just give up a few prospects and marginal players for the best baseball player in the history of baseball? 🤣🤣🤣 How many prospects actually make it to the majors? They are a dime in a dozen. That's like trading Michael Jordan for a couple of G-league guys. If I were the Angels, you better be willing to give up a couple of solid starters plus prospects AND money or I'm going elsewhere.
