There's Unknown T, a rapper. This guy is dissing on him and being a parody of him, so Unknown P, for parody. The character's actual name is Percy (which he mentions a couple times here), which is the in-character meaning of the P. You should check his other Unknown P tracks out, too; they're all really good.
