May be invest in three local banks, and few blue chip SG REITs ... enough...dividends will payoff.

I think the fee (both portfolio and inidividual unit trust mgmt fee) is the concern. Of course we should pay for the work done by experts. It is surprise that they don't use ETF.

Generally DBS portfolios has under-performed its peers over the years. I took a dip just to try them out 2 years ago and the return is 5.5% 😅 While the design of the plan is good, fundamentally what is even more impt is the team doing the investing is really able to help you make good returns.
