What a nice idea to do stuff from old leather seats, etc. I once seen a documentary about German manufacturer making bags from old school gym equipment (also made of leather). The leather had all kind of drawings made by the students, their names etc. Nice idea

Honestly, this just seems excessive as if they just have tons of leather from Royse royale seats sitting around or that are being extracted from vehicles that get dismantled, because no one can afford them or buys them. The industry is built on being so highly prized and valued that the few sales made a year are immensily more then enough to pay for the excessive production... 😆 then they are gonna try to sell the bag made from the seat for a ton of money for no reason... 🤣 ppl r dumb.

@@dickrichard626 I think this manufacturer is not related to Rolls Royce. Probably a upholstery ship where costum seat covers are made and scrap material is being used for thouse bags. Just my assumption. Rolls would never disasemble a seat to make a bag from it...

법적으로 문제가 될 수 있는 경우는 단 한가지 경우로 보입니다. 실제 자동차의 것이 아니라 카피한 것을 사용한 경우입니다. 실제 자동차에 부착했던 엠블럼을 그대로 가져와서 사용하는 것은 해당 자동차의 가죽을 사용했다는 표시에 지나지 않기 때문에 상표권침해로 보기는 힘들듯 합니다. 왜냐하면 자동차를 팔 때 그 자동차에 부착된 엠블럼을 사용하여 수익을 얻거나 처분하여 수익을 얻건 그 엠블럼 사용과 관련된 권리를 소비자에게 이전한 것이기 때문에 그 엠블럼을 떼어서 가방에 부착을 하건, 우산에 부착을 하건 그 권리는 전적으로 구입한 소비자에게 있기 때문입니다. 다시 말해서 엠블럼을 만든 자동차회사가 자신이 직접 혹은 가방제작업체와 계약을 하여 그 가방을 만들었다고 믿게 할만한 어떤 행위를 가방제조자가 했다고 한다면 그것은 명백한 상표권침해에 해당합니다. 하지만 위의 경우처럼 단순히 해당 자동차의 가죽을 사용했다는 표식으로만 사용하고 자동차회사와는 아무런 관련이 없음을 표시하거나 혹은 소비자가 이를 오인할만한 어떤 행위를 하지 않았다면 단순히 자동차의 엠블럼을 사용했다는 사실만으로 자동차회사의 상표권을 침해했다고 보기는 어렵다고 생각합니다. 만약 자동차회사에서 판매한 엠블럼이 아니라 똑같이 카피한 엠블럼을 가방에 사용했다면 명백한 상표권침해에 해당한다고 생각합니다. 그리고 만약 자동차회사가 명품가방업체와 콜라보레이션계약을 하여 위의 영상과 같은 가방을 기존에 만들고 있었다면, 소비자가 기존의 제품과 오인할만한 충분한 이유가 있다고 볼 수 있기 때문에 상표권침해로 볼 수 있을 것입니다.
