Bychance37 none of the above. Perforated wrap is a type of very thin plastic with many tiny holes in it, it will not stick to itself, but it will stick to wet lightener. Candy shaw sunlight’s balayage make it, L’Oréal does, And framar makes one called funked up film. Framars one is the only biodegradable one
@@laschell59 my point exactly. If someone has mastered l'oreal professional, their results would not be embarrassing. One of the more complex and lovely color lines I know of and have worked with.
