John, you did a great thing when you befriended Mr Ralph! It's been such a joy to watch these videos of him and you and letting him reminisce. He is truly missed!! Thank you for being you, and taking time with he and his family😊
Hello there John Ward. Thank you so very much for sharing this awesome video 📷📸 about brother Ralph. We all miss him a lot. But he is in a better place because he is dancing with his beautiful Wife. AMEN
I sure miss your Ralph videos John. I feel your kinda made him famous as people all over our country and foreign countries loved this man. I know you did a lot for this great man. God bless you John.
This made my day John! From the sounds of the cicadas in the sunny afternoon, fresh canned tomatoes and the talk of home made wine this was beautiful. Would have loved to pulled a horn of that wine with Ralph. Look forward to the introspective of his wife. I know you are still committed to showing us what’s going on in the hurricane aftermath but Thanks for the new video. Be safe out there my friend.
Ralph was a beautiful man and has a great family. I've watched every video you did with Ralph. A true legend and legacy. Thanks for your effort, John 😎
This is really nice. Older folk got stories to tell. I miss my parents. So many questions I have now but it's too late to ask them. I am almost positive that I have kin in Appalachia that I don't even know. Cousins. Probably lots of them. My grandpa was from Kentucky and my grandma was from Tennessee. I know very little about her life there. I know she came from a big family. I was born in Ohio. Still in Ohio. But I feel very connected to Appalachia because of my grandma.
Love Greasy Hollow Memories. Ralph was precious. My dad used to make muskedine wine minus the fermentation. It was very sour even with a lot of sugar. Talk about pucker power. Video of Ralph harvesting was interesting. Seems like farming is the same whether you lived in CT or Appalachia. Thanks for sharing.
❤❤😢😮😅😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 Ralph seemed like a nice cool dude to chitchat with too bad he passed if he did I think I’m not too sure. I just saw the video was a smart man. Drove a Ford truck and had 61,000 miles on the 30 year old truck that’s pretty darn good
❤❤❤😂😂😢😮😅😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 Ralph sounds like a cool dude to hang around with and chitchat with him and go and do work for him. mowing the lawn horse, the nice awesome truck poor guy he will be miss

Ralph was a Treasure and he sure knew what he was talking about when he said a Dog is a Man's Best Friend. I could watch his Videos everyday.

Such a nice gentleman, so enjoyed his stories!! The Indian head crock was made by Louisville Pottery between 1900 and 1938.

Was Ralph’s home or daughters affected by hurricane Helene?
Was wondering that myself. Hope not. So many good memories have been lost thanks to Helene.
