With all these buttons, switches and knobs are there, how can you expect us to know if no one there to tell show us?
Anyone please summarize it, so that we can understand......🙂
people generally like to feel appreciated, by being mindful of the fact that people of all generations have skill sets that can help, it makes anybody and everybody have a sense of pride and boost their confidence
heck, I ask my parents for advice all the time, they follow up with me, and I always genuinely appreciate it, I can only assume that they feel pretty happy that they were able to help! I mean I have the same feeling when I help them with tech stuff.
Doesn't apply in technology/software industry. Any junior entering a tech company for a tech job will have less skills than senior engineers. I'm a 47yo senior engineer in a software company, and I have never found a junior in our company who has more tech skills than I have, let alone life skills or job skills
That applies to all trades
They have mad skills at being aggravating though.
