So I’m watching feature race and after the checker flag I realized (being serious now) I had a grin from ear to ear watching Joseph drive the wheels off that car! That is insane how fast that track is! Reminds me of watching races at the Belleville Highbanks in Belleville Kansas, “the worlds fastest half mile dirt track”. What a thrill it must be for Joseph to get to drive there! Well done!!!

I’m loving this event!!! So much great racing!!! I went from hoping y’all win to hoping y’all come home with a car, the crashes have totalled a few already.
High bank wide tracks and size generates a lot of speed and when you wreck not only does it hurt the can majorly it hurts the driver as well. My pop use to run race cars and he said asphalt tracks hurt even more when you wrecked.
Me also i was going just avoid the maylay's and you will do great. Was watching this video with headphones on and wife hollered at me I was say go go joseph lol. Huge fan since the first video i watched. Love the real down to earth people you are. And man you have 1000's of fans cheering you on. Good luck the rest of the way. Look at the dyno sheets from engine builder and gear for it...Change plugs/clean air filter/make sure carb is fully open from pedal. This is like super speedways for late model. Let’s Goooooo HTF!

First dirt late model race I ever went to was at Senoia Speedway back in 1979! It was an NDRA race, and I was hooked! From NC, but was in that area for 2 months with my job! I’ve wondered if the tracks still there.
You guys have done an absolutely amazing job. From car prep to Josephs driving. As others have said , Cameron seems to be a wealth of information of not just tires but other aspects of the setup. He's a great addition to your team. I was going to say that you're showing the big boys what you're made of, but you are becoming one of the big boys. Excellent job of getting acclimated to the track and speeds. I hope your hands quit hurting and you can relax a bit while driving. Great job, It's time to Hun t The Front!!

I cant imagine going out with zero practice onto the steepest, fastest track of your life which also happens to be the legendary dirt Bristol and just be straight charging. That's awesome! Guys that was flat out impressive. The thing that gets me is Joseph can just get in, no practice and be on the pace. Sign of a true racing driver. And this track is completely different then what you guys usually run. That was the first time I could hear more wind noise then engine noise on the on board camera. Keep it up team. That was very eye opening.
This track is still a half mile.. Volusia, Eldora, Knoxville are all half miles... Difference for bristol is the length of the straights and the progressive banking in the corners that allow these cars to go so quick
@@RedSliceGaming34 if dirt Would hold up high on the banking at the tracks normal 31° of banking compared to the 19° it's dropped down to now, could you imagine how much faster it would be for a dirt race.. for a purpose built 1/2 mile asphalt race track, it's very impressive now after being converted into a temporary dirt racing surface and TEAM HTF are Top Notch in my Opinion and proving they can race anywhere at anytime, with the best of them!!!
I have never seen a 604 that has that much more straight away speed and it is not the chassis that's raw horse power but is that motor legal? Money can buy slot
Joseph looks so smooth behind the wheel of that car! I've seen most people on their first several laps wiggling up and down off the corners before they get settled down enough to drive the car straight off the corner.
That was awesome! High speed tracks might not always be spectacular to watch, but from he drivers seat it is incredible. A lot of people don’t realise the mental effort it takes to keep your foot buried hard on the throttle going into a turn. My hats off to you Joseph, no practice or hot laps, just straight into it. I've counted three two from the 604's and one from the street stocks which I assume is the stock cars.
