The bark mod does not work in regular lobbies it has to be modded but all other mods work but this tutorial is broken so go to my latest video on how to get the fixed mods
With the bark mod menu it is impossible to get banned but with an illegal mod menu you will get banned within 20 to 30 seconds if you use any mods there and it’s 2 weeks for the first ban and a month for the second

The mod menu can not be opened unless you are in a modded lobby so no you can’t get banned
