Excellent video guys!!! I knew your food and ingredients were top notch even before this video! As a customer here, you can be fully assured that you get what you pay for 100% of the time! These guys are awesome!!! 👍👍👍👍
i watched a few different videos , this guy doing the cooking is one hello of a fast cook especially during a lunch rush. they both work really well together
Yes, thank you for the tour, very nice operation you have there. If I wasn't in Michigan, you would be a go to place for Dogs. Also, what a beautiful area that is never seen it before your videos must be a gift to just live there.
thanks for the tour! cool to see you in your place! with as long as you’ve been in that same place, i’m surprised you haven’t dropped grid power to your trailer so you don’t have to mess with the generator, but i guess that could be prohibitively expensive and i’m guessing you don’t own the lot you’re on. anyway, really enjoy your vids! 🌭 👍 💯
Beautiful scenery, oh my goodness! Does it get hot out there or is it pretty comfortable? I've never been further west than Chicago (I'm in Indianapolis) but I'm headed out to California next year on a massive road trip so I'm unsure of the weather. Homemade is definitely so much better; I'm an amateur baker and I love hand-making my dough and icing and even chopping up blocks of chocolate. Making food for people shows you love them, in my opinion. You guys are so awesome, keep up the amazing work! Lots of love
Thanks for the kind words. The weather in Tahoe stays pretty cool in the summer around mid to high 70’s. The winter gets pretty cold with lots of snow tho. Hope to see you someday at the trailer❤️
@@PrettyOddWieners Doesn't sound too bad at all! I'll definitely try to make a stop in the area if I can. Your videos make me so hungry, I just know your food is incredible!
Dukes Mayo allday if you want to go to another level. No sugar . I have lived in california all my life and been a best foods guy until I tried Dukes. A fan of your channel will definitely try your truck next time im in Tahoe
Another Great Video a d Live the Behind stuff and u Answered a question I had about The Mac n cheese. The q is how did u come up with the Honey drizzle for the bacon Mac Dog . And Is your Chilli home made too
Glad you enjoyed the video! We need to add honey to offset the salty & savory side of the Bacon Mac. We chose honey because maple syrup would over power all the other flavors. Yes, our no beans 100% all beef chili is also homemade! So are all our sauces! ❤️
I think that I speak in the name of all spaniards when say " WE NEED ONE LIKE THIS TRAILER HERE IN SPAIN, FUCK ME, WE NEED A LOT OF THEM!". I hope I can see your videos in 2040 at least. A huge hug from Spain
Yes, Toys for kids. It has been in practice since the hot dog cart days. Our version of the happy meal except you really don’t have to buy anything. Happy kids = Happy parents❤️
Yeah, whats your point? Thanks to Biden inflation is through the roof. I go to my grocery store and a pack of generic hot dogs costs me over $5. He's using higher quality dogs from a local sausage shop. Going to pay more for that. Then you add in all the toppings which look fresh and not from the local Safeway and your going to see the prices go up.
How do you manage to get away with selling vegan meat when it's all cooked in /on things that's had animal products in? I know over here you'd have to have a separate fryer and grill for non meat products. Thank you for your amazing videos! Look forward to seeing the next x
Congrats on being voted the best food truck in South Lake Tahoe 🎉
Awesome to show and tell the story of the business and the work that it takes day in and day out. Never knew so much was homemade. Outstanding.
Call me crazy but damn watching my guy work and make these delicious meals is therapeutic and majestic at the same time. Another banger video my guys

@@PrettyOddWieners That's soo Cool I love home made chilli with nooo beans
Bacon mac looks mmmmmm mmm good
How do you run the fridge/freezer overnight? Surely you don't run the generator 24/7?
We plug into outlet at night for refrigeration. Generator only runs during the day. Great question !

So gratefull❤️
What is the brand of cheese you use in the bottle Sir? By the way I love the videos that have the window and the preparation of the food order 👍😁
Thank you! The cheese is Kraft Philly Cheese whiz. The best processed cheese on the market. They call it liquid gold back in the northeast.
Where do you get your fry boxes and your hot dog boxes from? What size are your hot dog boxes?
do you just leave the truck there overnight or take it back home?
The truck stay there overnight👍
you need a dog treat bucket to pass them out .
still need a pre bun warmer and a marker holder.
We agree with all of the above. Working on it👍
Nice tour video
very nice video u guys do awesome work as always. Its a nice location where u are located.
South Lake Tahoe is a beautiful place to vacation. I will have to B-roll some videos of the lake in some future videos.

Where do food truck vendors use the restroom at
Great question. We have restrooms at the gas station right next to the trailer. Thanks for watching ❤️
Lemon pledge for the tables
Bro what is this hawaiian fries?😂
Pork belly deglazed in teriyaki, pineapple salsa, teriyaki mayo and chop green onions! Thanks for watching ❤️
ACTUALLY WENT TO THIS FOOD TRUCK.
16$ HOTDOGS.

Yea and i'm sure it's better than a $5 hot dog
They are worth double that from what i can tell looking the videos.
Im moving to there and starting a food truck😂
