    About this video - Today I have shared the recipe of Instant Rice Flour Chakli. We can make it within 15 minutes and serve it as tea time snacks. We can also make it on diwali festival, so must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section
    Ingredients
    For Prepare 18-20 Chakli
    1 Cup Rice Flour/Chawal Ka Atta
    1/4 Cup Fresh Curd/Dahi
    1 tbsp Salted Butter/Amul Butter
    1 tsp Red Chilli Powder/Lal Mirch Powder
    1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder/Haldi Powder
    As per taste Salt/Namak
    1/4 tsp Asafoetida/Hing
    2 tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds/Safed Til
    As required Water (for knead the dough)
    As required Oil (For Deep fry the Chakli)
    Store it upto 15-20 days under the airtight container

    Thank you Nigambhai for sharing.. generally the first lot of frying chakri at 350-370 F will go good as per your given guidelines.. but in between preparing for the second batch of frying obviously.. the oil is already near 400 F (after first batch is sieved out).. which can affect the frying process for second batch which can turn immediately to red upon placing them for frying as the oil is boiling at 400 F at that point.. the question is .. do we have to shutdown the flame ? And re ignite again and regain the heating temp to 350-370 F before
    Frying second batch ?
    So that the chakris can get evenly fried ?

      It would give nice result

      If you take 1 Cup Rice Flour then add 1/4 Cup Fresh Curd & 1 tbsp Fresh Malai and knead the dough

    જાડા પોહાની ચકરી બનાવી શકાય કે નહીં અને પરફેક્ટ માપ આપી શકો?.. ચોખાની ચકરી માં તેલ રહી જાય છે તો એ ન રહી જાય એની ટિપ્સ આપી શકો?

      પૌંઆ ની સુક્વણી ની ચકરી
      500ગ્રામ પૌંઆ ને ચાળી ને 2થી3 વાર ધોઈને ઍક ગ્લાસ પાણી મા 1ક્લાક સુધી પલાળી રાખવા. પછી પૌંઆ મા પા ગ્લાસ પાણી ઉમેરી બરાબર મસળી લેવા. તેમાં 2ચમચી જીરું,3ચમચી તલ,2ચમચી લીલા મરચાં ની પેસ્ટ,મીઠું ઉમેરી જરુર મુજબ પાણી લઇ તેનો dough તૈયાર કરવો અને સેવ પાડવા ના સંચા મા ચકરી ની જાળી મુકી તડકા મા એક પ્લાસ્ટિક પર તેની ચકરી પાડી લેવી ( તડકો ના આવતો હોય તો ઘરમાં કરી શકાય). બરાબર સુકાઈ જાય પછી તેને તળી લેવી.
      આ ચકરી ને સ્ટોર કરી શકાય છે. આ ચકરી ખુબજ ટેસ્ટી અને ક્રિસ્પી બને છે.
      ચોખાનાં લોટની ચકરીને મધ્યમ ગરમ તેલમાં મધ્યમ આંચે ક્રિસ્પી થાય ત્યાં સુધી તળવી એટલે ઓઈલી નહીં બને.
