Chakli or Chakri is everyone's favorite snacks during diwali, there are many types of chakli like whole wheat flour chakli, instant atta chakli, rice flour chakli, butter chakli etc. During Diwali I sell many types of snack since past few years and chakli is one of my most sold snacks during this time. I am sure this measurements will give you best results.
Ingredients:
2 Cup Rice Flour
1 Cup Wheat Flour
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
65 Grams Butter
Water as Required
