OPTIMIST SAILING - How To Tack | [Medium Conditions]

In order to perfect tacking in breeze, a good idea is understand the principles of the roll tack in light winds. The steps are very similar, except things tend to happen much quicker. In this video, I break down how to tack; using your weight effectively to maintain speed throughout the manouvre.
