Excited about the potential of the communities improvements. Right now it sounds like a simplified version of public Facebook groups. But I’ve always craved ways to directly engage with my audience on TH-cam similar to how I was able to do it in Facebook groups. This is a great start.
Communities sounds fun, also be good when jewels can be gifted to all forms of content, sounds easier to use than superchat etc, even a small Jewel gift of a few cents is fun for both viewer and creator ...

This Live Hype, could that be TH-cam's take as Twitch Raids? The Jewels implementation sounds like Twitch bits. Gifts sounds like Instagram/BIGO live stream gifts. Do these replace SuperChats? Supers? What are your thoughts?
So far these are all additions and not replacing anything. That said, depending on which features get used more than others, something could go away in the future, but right now these are just new options coming our way.
