    This is so freaking useful.
    As an architect, student and freelancer you ACTUALLY gave tips that are more nuanced and not basic

      Thank you very much. I think too many commenters suggest that, 'if you just...' Managing multiple projects is hard and all we can do is apply strategies that boost or chances of success.

    Totally agree to the point ..that schedule which has no float is abysmally risky and has too much stress...hv felt this practically ... And I really liked your approach to NO as Noble Objection ..... these some minutes were really a good pearl of wisdom..!!!!

    You are certainly one of the best teachers I have ever seen in my life, and I admire you, but please tell me, are you this good and confident in speech or you are actually reading the content on an screen in front of you like the news reporters in media ?

    • @Onlinepmcourses
      @Onlinepmcourses  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you. No, I don't use a teleprompter. I do have a sheet with some notes that I refer to from time to time, to see what I plan t speak about in the next section.
      Remember, before video-making and TH-cam, I made my living doing live training, workshops and seminars, and platform speaking at conferences. I still do some of that, though it's been by Zoom/Teams/Webex for the last 2 years! When we can travel again, I am likely to be more selective about which events I take on, but I expect always to be doing some live events. There's nothing like the buzz of a good audience!

    This is soo helpful!! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. May I ask if you could do a video on how to reach the key stakeholders, especially when you are dealing with resistant and neutral stakeholders all the time and so want to stepup, increase your visibility to network and manage the senior stakeholders within your multiple assignments/projects.

    Regarding strategic planning, which software would you recommend to build such a plan that can be presented as a gantt chart?

    • @Onlinepmcourses
      @Onlinepmcourses  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Chris, unfortunately, I do not have enough experience of different tools to make a recommendation.
      And anyway, the right answer would depend on the details of your context and needs.

    My credo to living life. What hat am I wearing right now? Wear it and do the actions. Next hat, and so on.

    I have more than one talent I m writer singer makeup artist I m ok but not succeful now I m mother of three kids c9ng use should I forget my dreams

    • @Onlinepmcourses
      @Onlinepmcourses  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Never forget your dreams. But sometimes it makes sense to pursue one (or maybe two) at a time. With kids, you probably can only find the time to focus on and therefore excel at one talent. Write, Sing, Make-up - pursue one with real focus and keep the others as low-key recreational activities.
