I love the hanging out with drew type videos. It doesn’t have to be a big project every time, it could just be “a day in the life”, seeing you go shopping, play with the dog, going on a small road trip for a FB marketplace find, helping out friends, whatever.
I always struggle with these types of videos because I always feel like I need to have various takeaways throughout so the viewer (aka the lone Fox fam) gets something new from each video! Will keep this in mind 😊

Even after watching practically every video you release I still can not get over how gorgeous your home is. And Winston is just too much! I have a 3 year old cat named Winston, I rescued him at a week old. He’s my baby. It’s precious watching him follow you around. I am a retired professional interior designer and my favorite thing about watching your videos is the passion that you have for design. Your passion makes you so creative. I also enjoy when you show the difficult and tedious parts of the work that goes into your projects. Not everything goes smoothly and there are bumps in the road, but the end result is always satisfying. Stay passionate about your design and you will never work a day in your life.

I’ve learned so much from you about home interiors, but the best lesson was to use what you love. I use to obsess over style and what goes together and completely ignored what I was drawn to and loved.
I agree about the linen curtains in the breakfast room. They just hang there. It will be fun to see what you do with that.

I’m doing the same refreshing thing today. I collected some pictures and favorite things of my Mother’s and created a beautiful vignette on my foyer table in her memory.
Love this one, Drew. Your home is such a showcase, that dust would not appear. Perfection occurs when you place decor. I can't imagine it might need to be tweaked, restocked, or moved. lol You are human, and life happens. I put you on a pedestal. You will always be the design guru to me. Yes, I would love to see more of these videos, with Winston's approval, of course.

Little tip for the real flowers. To keep them fresh for longer, cut the stems with a sharp knife and make the cut a bit diagonal so there's more surface that can absorb the water. Scissors crush the cells and the stems rot faster. Clean, sharp cut -> less broken cells

The tulips look beautiful. Stick a pin/needle through the stem, just under the head of the flower and they will last you twice as long as normal. 👍🏼🌷🌷🌷

Doing a good cleaning can be therapeutic sometimes. I love it when I get in that "mode". Everything looks so pretty in your home Drew! I love a refresh. I change my art etc for each season. This makes me feel like I have an all new home. Drives my husband of 50 years crazy. Feed n Wax is great. I've used it for years.
Got to say, I am with your husband 😊. I stopped all that about a year 1/2 ago. I am so happy not messing with it anymore.
I'm with you. You get the urge to move something, add a bit, remove a bit. It's fun. If it doesn't please you, just change it again. My husband hardly ever noticed unless he got whacked in the shins.
I actually really enjoyed this video, getting to revisit some of your beautiful rooms and seeing them lived in. It’s reality that even made over rooms get cluttered again during every day life and we can always revisit those spaces to freshen them up .
I was a bit sad when you painted the navy archway shelves but they still look great with the wall colour. it’s understandable that you look at them everyday and maybe they aren’t quite right for the room. You never really know until you live with it that something isn’t quite fitting in or giving the right vibe

I love all that space in your home. I've been cleaning too. Not everything has gone back insitu, rethinking the decor. I stopped mid flow lost my inspiration because it wasn't working. My home is so tiny and it's full of stuff. A good purge is imminent. Thanks for sharing your energy and creativity 😘😘
What if you took your cafe curtains and stamped or printed them with a traditional block print pattern in a beautiful burgundy to match the table? You could turn it into a diy video. Which I would be all over.
One suggestion. Place one of those empty plastic containers directly below your disposal. If you have a leak and you don't know it, the water will go into the container and not ruin your cabinets. Happened to us recently. I also have empty, small, plastic containers under my bathroom cabinet sink faucets also!

Actually don't think Drew will ever be done as a Designer and an Artist this Home will always be evolving as He evolves and that's why watching the process is such a wonderfully entertaining part of all our days that's why we're spending so much time watching some pretty fantastically talented souls evolving as there not fake but honest to God down home real life people just doing the best they can making things happen while inspiring others with the realities of LiFe.
Seems Like yesterday, both Drew and McCenna were doing Dollar store & thrift flips from second-hand stores, and today, these souls have evolved to the place of being more watched and loved then most of tv show personalities.. probably because their sweet and relatable, and we've become so invested in their overall lifestyle journeys... but most of all, because we all adore these marvelous people so very much 💖 They make us all proud to know them and their marvelous families and friends.. At least that's How I feel..
A tip for your faux florals is to bend the stems kind of like a snake. Works really well on those florals in the dining room for sure.
