I remember this day, I was being chased by some ghouls down the street. They starting coming out of the ground as soon as the sirens went off, and one of them had a cigarette.
Ikr I live in Chicago hood side I guess I live like20 mins away from downtown but I remember getting the warning on my mom's phone. I was scared af.
Great capture! Even during a approaching tornado warned thunderstorm, the city still looks beautiful. If I was in the park when this was going on I would be in heaven. Also the locomotive bell got me smiling even more.

He's probably saying "hopefully next time" because he wants to physically *see* a tornado or he wants to experience being inside one. Not that he said it in a way where he wanted people to get hurt; he said it in a way where he wants a tornado or tornado warning to occur so he can experience it, and that it will be an EF0 or EF1 and do barely anything. But if he's saying he wants one to happen and be an EF3 and kill a whole ton of people, then that's pretty fricked up.
