When I started watching this video, I thought this was another non-rebuildable house like most very cheap houses in greater Tokyo area. Rebuildable and 12 min from Yamate station in this price⁉️ Incredible❗️I’d like to buy it if I lived in Japan. A typical small 2 story house in Japan has only one toilet on the first floor, so the second toilet on the upper floor is a big plus for me. There’s so much potential with this property❗️
This house is in my neighborhood. There are also 2 good bus routes that travel that main road, a small grocery store, and an excellent coffee beans shop a few minutes away.
great video again Shu.... almost up to 60k.... then 75k.... then 100k.... consistency pushes all your great videos out to get more eyes on your channel.... and I loved the stability on your run.... gimbal or GoPro???? or both????
Pretty nice, little and cosy house! Not gonna lie, money-wise, as you said it's not the greatest ROI but it's not bad either! Thanks for sharing this, love your vlogs and other content!
The run up there is a nice touch to the vid. Properties like this are exactly what I'm looking for. For living in, not so much for renting out. It's right in my cash budget too, including renovation... Sadly it'l take at least till October before I could buy anything due to life stuff here in NL. Can you direct me to some real estate websites where properties like this are listed? I can read Japanese so that's no problem.
do you edit your own video or use an outsourced video editor, I am looking for video editors, if she/he is available please let me know thanks @shumatsuopost love your content
