As I sit here eating breakfast about to go to church. Thinking my life is together. I start crying as Billy Graham is speaking. As if that deep down pain is slowly leaving me from the tears I shed. I love this man. It was his sermons I listened to 60-years ago, thanks to my mother, who led me to Christ. Oh, I fell off the road for years and sinned horribly, but finally came back as did the prodigal son and will never leave that narrow road again. I am a Christian because of 4 decades of judging the historical evidences in and out of the ancient writings of non Christ followers, and, the 66 individual books of the Bible. There are hundreds of people, places, predictions, and events that are continually being proven every time an artifact is found in Israel. It is the most published/read book of all time. No other book comes close. After the crucifixion there was an explosion of Christ followers in Israel - a land that abhorred any other form of religious belief! The vast majority of historical scholars agree (including leading atheists) that Jesus was a historical figure and was crucified. Jesus predicted that the gospel would be preached to all nations. Amazingly, thanks to the internet, this is coming to past. Atheism is illogical. I have researched and studied the existence of God for 39 years. There is ample historical and empirical evidence that Jesus is who he said he is. Atheists believe that “nothing” exploded and created this vast amazing complex fine tuned universe. And that a bolt of lightning struck a primordial slime rock and DNA (infinitely more complex than any database known to man) was created. Biologists have no answer to the amazingly complex cell structure and its operations. The realistic probability of life coming from non life is - zero. This great man of God went to be with our Precious Lord and Savior many years ago. He is missed but God is bringing up many more men and women of His choosing to tell the world of His great love and forgiveness. Everyone has a choice. Choose to live anyway you want, with you making your own choices and decisions for your life and family. As for me and my house we will serve, and love, honor and respect, glorify and worship the King of kings and Lord of Lords, God our Fathers Son Jesus. We serve Him, love, honor and rejoice in Jesus! I beg everyone to please 🙏 please seek Jesus while He can be found. Seek Him above everything and you will find Him. I refuse to spend my eternity without Jesus being my everything. The sin has power over people. The blood of the Lamb forgives. As a believer in Christ, I may not be faithful all the time, but God is always faithful. I hate sin and when i sin it makes me cry deeply in my heart. Salvation deals with redemption and forgiveness, but Cross deals with dying to power of sin. A believer is forgiven, but he or she cannot experience victory because the sin has power over him. A true Christian will overcome the power of sin BECAUSE THE SIN HAS NO POWER OVER HIM. Jesus is awesome.

I'll never ever forget this courageous man...I've read practically all his books. I guess one of my favorite books on Mr. Graham was "World Aflame". Billy was a great author and evangelist of all time. I use to couldn't wait until his broadcast wound come on I believe weekly on Saturday nights. I remember when I was in a christian outreach rehab place in Ft.Lauderdale I went to see one of his crusades. They took us in an old bus and I was so excited. God rest his soul.
Rip, billy was an angel, he lived and died preaching the word of god, think about that he spent his whole life with one mission, to spread the word of god. We all have to be more brave with our faith in these troubling times.

Billy Graham was a great saint of God who influenced many people around the world to become Christians. I had the great privilege and pleasure to see and talk to him four times, the first time when I was quite young. That being said, I have matured in my faith and Bible knowledge and believe that ministers do a great deal of harm telling people that God loves them unconditionally. That is nowhere to be found in the Bible (and don't waste your time citing John 3:16 since that is the most misunderstood verse in the Bible). Graham, like so many ministers confused God's love for the elect with the command from God that we love our neighbor as ourselves. First, if God really does love "evvaboddy", then don't you think that Adolf Hitler and Madalyn Murray O'Hair are starting to "feel da looove" about now? Love from God by definition must be eternal love. We only know the love of God--His saving love (the only love that counts) through salvation in Christ. Where in scripture do you ever hear even Jesus, much less the apostles, etc., ever attempting to persuade sinners to God and His salvation beginning with "God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life"? Second, we are certainly commanded by Jesus to love everyone whether such persons are within the brotherhood of Christ (the elect), or the neighborhood of man (everyone else). God wants us to love everyone in both groups since we do not truly know who the elect are, and because we just need to behave. Do the right thing. Further, this command for us is not the same as God's love being shed abroad upon the saved because we as sinners are not in any position to save anyone. In short, we are not God (hate to break it to ya). Now God does exercise His providential beneficence upon everyone. "The rain falls on the just and the unjust". That is a different subject altogether.

As I sit here eating breakfast about to go to church. Thinking my life is together. I start crying as Billy Graham is speaking. As if that deep down pain is slowly leaving me from the tears I shed. There is ample historical and empirical evidence that Jesus is who he said he is. Atheists believe that “nothing” exploded and created this vast amazing complex fine tuned universe. This great man of God went to be with our Precious Lord and Savior many years ago. He is missed but God is bringing up many more men and women of His choosing to tell the world of His great love and forgiveness. Everyone has a choice. Choose to live anyway you want, with you making your own choices and decisions for your life and family. As for me and my house we will serve, and love, honor and respect, glorify and worship the King of kings and Lord of Lords, God our Fathers Son Jesus. We serve Him, love, honor and rejoice in Jesus! The sin has power over people. The blood of the Lamb forgives. As a believer in Christ, I may not be faithful all the time, but God is always faithful. I hate sin and when i sin it makes me cry deeply in my heart. Salvation deals with redemption and forgiveness, but Cross deals with dying to power of sin. A believer is forgiven, but he or she cannot experience victory because the sin has power over him. A true Christian will overcome the power of sin BECAUSE THE SIN HAS NO POWER OVER HIM. Jesus is awesome.

I grew up watching the Crusades on television with my Grandparents! I grew to love & respect DrGraham the same as my own Pastor! He was a part of our Church Family! I’m glad to see his son & grandson carrying on with his legacy! I know we will all be together in Heaven! Thank the Lord for good Bible Teachers and Preachers and all they sacrifice for the Lord! Their reward is immeasurable! Only once we all get to Heaven will we know the impact this man had on the world! I'll never ever forget this courageous man...I've read practically all his books. I guess one of my favorite books on Mr. Graham was "World Aflame". Billy was a great author and evangelist of all time. I use to couldn't wait until his broadcast wound come on I believe weekly on Saturday nights. I remember when I was in a christian outreach rehab place in Ft.Lauderdale I went to see one of his crusades. They took us in an old bus and I was so excited. God rest his soul.
Rip, billy was an angel, he lived and died preaching the word of god, think about that he spent his whole life with one mission, to spread the word of god. We all have to be more brave with our faith in these troubling times.

Billy Graham was a great saint of God who influenced many people around the world to become Christians. I had the great privilege and pleasure to see and talk to him four times, the first time when I was quite young.
That being said, I have matured in my faith and Bible knowledge and believe that ministers do a great deal of harm telling people that God loves them unconditionally. That is nowhere to be found in the Bible (and don't waste your time citing John 3:16 since that is the most misunderstood verse in the Bible).
Graham, like so many ministers confused God's love for the elect with the command from God that we love our neighbor as ourselves. First, if God really does love "evvaboddy", then don't you think that Adolf Hitler and Madalyn Murray O'Hair are starting to "feel da looove" about now? Love from God by definition must be eternal love. We only know the love of God--His saving love (the only love that counts) through salvation in Christ.
Where in scripture do you ever hear even Jesus, much less the apostles, etc., ever attempting to persuade sinners to God and His salvation beginning with "God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life"?
Second, we are certainly commanded by Jesus to love everyone whether such persons are within the brotherhood of Christ (the elect), or the neighborhood of man (everyone else). God wants us to love everyone in both groups since we do not truly know who the elect are, and because we just need to behave. Do the right thing. Further, this command for us is not the same as God's love being shed abroad upon the saved because we as sinners are not in any position to save anyone. In short, we are not God (hate to break it to ya).
Now God does exercise His providential beneficence upon everyone. "The rain falls on the just and the unjust". That is a different subject altogether.
Well YHWH does love Humans unconditionally. Doesn't mean humans can't possess the ability to anger HIM.
