Hello. thank you for sharing your knowledge and it helps me on what im doing right now. question, if the column at the center is having a "y" distance and is not align on left and right column, I think you will have eccentricity at the ex and ez right? And im wondering why we need to average if we can check the actual bending at the face of the column but i think that will be a very tedious work to do

Nice sir. sir can you upload video of torsional irregularity checks on all, step 1,step2, and step 3 on deformed shape option on etabs,if there is torsional irregualrity then how can we fix it..

Sir, what if step 3 exceeds more than 1.5 it means there is torsion right.
