    Intimacy in marriage starts with 2 individuals intimate with God and from that foundation build a life upon❤.wow ...Lord Can I have that please.🎉
    Sometimes as Christians we feel unevenly yoked.
    I want to connect with my husband but more than that , I want him to be intimate with You Lord❤

      Please forgive me if I come off ‘off-putting’ but seeing you’re obviously a Christian, should we be commenting and using Our God’s name in vain WITHIN said comment? I’m only mentioning it because honestly, I really felt bad seeing that you used Our God’s Name in vain within that comment, see? But I also wondered if maybe possibly you either didn’t read before posting and auto correct did that OR your heart didn’t convict you for doing that therefore you have yet to even see where you are actually in the wrong. I am not trying to be ‘critical’, this is a sincere concern, ok? I hope you understand….God Bless you and yours!

    Hey Mark... at 15:25 you use titus 1 verse 15 as an argument for the topic of sex in marriage.. however, you just picked 1 verse.
    The whole text in titus 1 is actually about false doctrines i believe. In verse 16 it even says:
    They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
    or verse 11:
    Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake..
    So its clearly not about sexuality, its about preventing false doctrines to be allowed to go around. Its about correcting those that spread false doctrines.
    If you talk about a certain topic in a sermon, its not okay to just pick bible verses here and there, just for the sake of supporting/backing up your topic. You can't just take things out of context. Not okay.

    What if you are living with someone who is not your husband but plans on marriage with you?

    • @julesk2024
      @julesk2024 16 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Having been there over 30 years ago, I would say that you need to separate until you are married. Living together before we got married caused unfathomable issues for my husband and me. If we could do it all over again, we never would have lived together before marriage.

    In a marriage if my husband wants me to do certain things I'm not comfortable with like oral things and also things that physically hurt me, that is not okay even if we are married?

    • @TaylorMartin22
      @TaylorMartin22 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I feel like if a man has true respect, love and admiration for his wife he would not want her to do something that she is not comfortable or willing to do - just as a woman losing her virginity if she is not sure and comfortable it should not happen or there is another word for that - married or not. Nowhere in the word does it say woman is made to “satisfy” man

    • @julesk2024

      A loving husband would never ask you to do anything that causes you physical or psychological harm. You have a right to set appropriate boundaries in that area.

    It amazes me how ignorance is professed as wisdom! Who wrote the various scriptures? Lots of people w differing perspectives and agendas - hundred of years after various prophets. Look no further to animals who were created by - yes G-D. And examine animal sexual proclivity. Sex is not just about reproducing but about adoration of each other. Humans are no different! The focus on sex is perverse! Why not focus more on how we treat each other? That is the spiritual scripture….

    It's a possibility that the woman might be fine with pornography use if she enjoys the same perversion of God's good gift.

      He who looks at another, with lust in his heart, has already committed adultery.
      Sexual objectification of a human, is amoral.
      Just because two agree, does not make it right.
      Seek a spiritual connection with God, and learn to love, as Jesus does-
      Sin will become more and more obvious.

      @@Trip_Fontaine he was not a Christian at that time…..and even in my community and churches I’ve been to believe that because Jesus died for our sins, it doesn’t matter if we sin further like not waiting till marriage , because he died for our sins. 🤷🏼‍♂️ their beliefs not mine. So yes it is possible.

    Birth control…. Is completely necessary for a healthy family and relationship.
    We worship the Son, no?
    That’s because before God was anything, he was a child.
    Christ was abominated and abhorred in the literal translation of Isaiah. The other place you find that text is regarding homosexuals. The sabbath was made for man.
    Likewise, sexual behaviors were made to cater to humans. Humans were not made to rigidly adhear to sexual behaviors.
    Study the conversations with the Pharisees, and I think you will see this. Okay, and if you don’t see, you need to ask yourself, were the Israelites and the Jesus of the desert the righteous, or were the Israelites and Joshua of genocide? God bless you.

      No, religion is nothing but a business. Relation with God will not make a business out of God.
      When you love your wife, you don't make money of her, and other way around.
