Dan Lebatard Show: Dan rips ESPN

Here is the segment that has the internet talking. Dan starts the show by ripping the process of not being able to play sound of Ben Afflack's rant and Roy Firestone's soundbites. Lebatard then rips ESPN for allowing John Calipari access to multiple ESPN platforms. Will the show get nuked? I don't think so, but I feel Dan has taken one step closer to making that a reality.

It's funny because everyone thinks they can have a Dan lebatard show, not realizing that the Miami culture is what makes the show so good. The only people who can stand a Bostonian Center show is Katie Nolan.

@@shindean make no mistake, Lebatard gets an enormous amount of people who just hate-listen. It’s not an insignificant subsection of their ratings. A Boston based national show (if actually done correctly) would certainly yield similar numbers. Simmons was trying to force it. It’s got to be organic. LeBatard was a slow slow build, hell they basically stumbled into what they’ve become. Dan had a rough idea at the outset of what they wanted to do, but it took years to fine-tune it into what it became.
