This game is fantastic, I'll be releasing some more videos in the next couple of days with more details after I get a feel for the game. Follow me on Twitter or come join the Discord links in description.
- Releases on epic store - No mod support from day one like the previous games - Season pass priced at 60% of the full game Yeah nah mate I'm going to wait for it to release on steam
+ it's practically unplayable on pc rn due to camera controls. 0.2s input delay on moving your mouse and you can only look in 1 dimension at a time. also mouse accelleration is extremely broken. currently also no practical options for changing the controls as well.
As a Michigander I can confirm the weather is very instantaneous. One day it can literally be 63 and sunny and you wake up the next morning to 32 and an inch of snow on the ground.
Weather in Michigan is hella unpredictable. Just last week we were having a barbecue and it was sunny, and 50F out, then it turned into a small snowstorm.
Hi, Spintires/Mudrunner player here. Tip: first thing to do: get yourself a good off-road truck. This is the only thing that will get you through the map (plus a light scout for some areas). This one's got more paved roads, sure, but I don't really see a point for regular trucks in this game. Unless you like recovering them when they get stuck in the mud. Also got started on Michigan to get the feel of the game, did a few missions, found and sold a few trucks. Now moved to Russia and bought Azov (Kamaz) truck. The real fun is about to begin.
Ash, if you ever end up doing Route 66 and you come by Yukon, Oklahoma give me a shout! I'll show you the best bars, get you on Tinker AFB to look at the jets, get you the best local food, and we can even take my truck muddin just like this game!
Ash. If you wish to see some great parts of the country. It’s not as glamorous as rout 66 but the I-70 from Denver to Las Vegas is absolutely wonderful. Especially East Utah and west colorado
I really hope this game has tracked vehicles. Also, a likely reason for no modding support rn is because epic store doesn't have a mod page like steam and how to implement the customization system into mods.
All it needs now is a Peterbilt 379 and its 18 Wheels of Steel Extreme all over again. Modders! I need them almighty Road Trains in this game! Give thy Kenworth T909 and Triple B Freighter Flatbeds!
Personally I tend to think that controller is better because you've also got the throttle control where is keyboard is a little finicky. But some prefer keyboard and some prefer controller it's just the way things go.
Epic games store? Guess I'll be getting this game for PS4 then, steering with a controller is better anyway and it's not like my PC has much more power x) BTW, quick question: I've never driven a car myself at all or been a passenger in one whilst driving on something other than an asphalt road. Would you say that the way the vehicles behave is realistic? Cause they seem a little bit light to me, but then again, I have no idea what I am talking about. Let me know what you think please :)
This game is a offroad simulator, Its not quite like real life because its a game, But you do find yourself in situations like you would out on the road. Rock slides, Hills, creeks and rivers. Challeging grades and inclines its quite the game.
Thank you for the reply :) I am looking forward to playing the game, it definitely looks like a lot of fun. Hopefully I can get some of my friends to buy it too so they can bail me out when I get stuck somewhere ^^
This game is awful. The first was better. This game has no tire flex, every tiny thing damages you, game tells you water is too deep when the damn water is only up to the center hub on my wheel, lag, if you crash and don't retain your vehicles, well fuck you, you lose them. Some rocks make you float in the air while others aren't even solid. The laggy shifter controls are ass so you can't rock back and forth with your vehicle in manual anymore. This game is so bad, the first one was miles better when it came to physics.

Can I get a OwO
@@youtubegm8256 Nope :P
It’s a well known fact that here in Michigan, the weather does like to change every 5 minutes
Just like Melbourne Australia, Weather changing constantly
Lucky, in Wisconsin is changes every half hour.
Same with Seattle Washington
9:20 The ' is feet, so no trucks longer than 40 feet.
Find you a girl that looks at you like Ash does at his fully customizable trucks
This made my day. Loved mudrunner and spintyres. No idea they were making another.

"pullin a Uiie" is pretty common southern american term.
And also in more northern areas, it's shorter and easier to say

Sobbing, "epic games exclusive"
I dont know if it will come to steam anytime soon. I've been looking forward to this game for ages
The Sign makes sense if you are in the U.S. Vehicles over 40' [in length] not allowed. The ' indicated feet. 40 Feet.
It was a joke. But yea
@@Ash007YT I'll be honest fam. Went right over my head lol
Game looks as good as I expected, I'll have to pick it up once it's on sale... Because I'm cheap as hell
We are creators, we tend to do it as cheap as hell.
8:20 I can SMELL the interior of that truck!

Sounds great!

I'll be sure to add it to the list of places I want to travel. Thanks

Looking forward to see more of this game on the channel :)
You and me both!
Just like you said at 8:47 ash, Melbourne weather is horrid, I hate it 😂
Looking forward to more of this =)

As much as I want to see it, it wouldn't go far in this game.
I'm counting the minutes to buy it, I have time waiting for this game🏞️🌲🚛🚚🚙🚜
New sub and damn you change my stance on Australians aka they are more funny than the up people and more humble
When maneater comes out please do a review on it
-narrows eyes- damn i may need to get this.
Also you can't do a U-turn with out a handbreak or maccers trays on the back wheels
Me : subbing you for WT.
Ash : snow Runner
Also me: (repeting) do You have donations?
Does it play well with a controller or would mouse and keyboard be a better idea?
Personally I tend to think that controller is better because you've also got the throttle control where is keyboard is a little finicky. But some prefer keyboard and some prefer controller it's just the way things go.
More!
Don't worry there will be soon.
How long till it comes out on Steam?
Honestly I dont know if it will.
' is for feet @Ash so nothing longer than 40 foot long i would think
I want to get it so much. But it costs so much
