    I'm a french tax payer and French national and I can't express how a P-A-I-N I-N T-H-E *-S-* France is becoming. I turned Digital Nomad +3 years ago and I'm learning so much about your material. I'm off to check and do my own research and diligence around Mauritious Island.

    As a french citizen who've been to the US many times, I'll tell you. France and the USA are very similar in that they're great for leisure and tourism, but no so much as a fiscal resident. Countries can't be everything and have limitations, people have to factor that in their life or business goals.

    As I understood it from my limited research on the French tax system, due to having family living there. It doesn't really matter where you live or where your companies are registered.
    If you're a French tax payer, they have global taxation.

    regarding canadians if you are out of country you pay pay 25 percent on all income any sugestions on voiding this lso how does compare to us citizens is this unique to canada i am living in thialand my us freind dont pay this

    • @jolies5329
      @jolies5329 ปีที่แล้ว

      As a Canadian living in a country that doesn’t have a tax treaty with Canada, you pay 25% on CANADIAN sourced income, and this % can be negotiated down depending on the size of your income. Non-Canadian sourced income isn’t taxed in Canada, so if you reside in a country with no personal income tax, you won’t have any tax obligation. If you reside in a country that does have a tax treaty with Canada, you pay that % income tax, which is always less than 25%. If you’re resident in France for example you’d pay 15%. You need to consult a good tax advisor.
