The game is so bad rn. I swear every game there is a predetermined winner. Some games I’ll give up ZERO barreled ball and still somehow give up 10 runs. Then I’ll hit the shit out of the ball and it just magically land in their glove. It’s so crazy how it can be that one sided every game.

Bro that 2nd game is literally 90% of my games played this year across any game mode! I demolish the ball and everything’s an out while my opponent scores 7 runs off 70mph fkn nothing hits! Game is literally unplayable for me!

Hate seeing people blame the game when bad swings are hits or good swings are outs. Ever watched baseball? There are line outs. There are good hits that go foul. There are bad swings that bloop into shallow outfield. Quit complaining and play the game. It’s baseball. Good swings don’t always “get rewarded”.
SDS simps make there way into everything it seems.....
It’s the frequency at which it happens that’s frustrating. Have you watched any content creator or played the game yourself? It happens more often than it should. When you have measures like xwOBA and BABIP that capture luck/fortune (to the best of our ability at the moment), it should work out over time, but in this game it doesn’t.
If you watch the scone game, Kyle even says he’s fine with the bloop hit, but the other lucky hits his opponent is getting _along with the good hits_ is ridiculous, especially because it’s not going both ways.
Good swings becoming outs is obviously an infuriating experience, but what is one to do?

@@kristopherwilson506 exactly! People think "that's baseball" is a good excuse for this games clear issues. Honestly though I'd be find with "that's baseball" IF the game wasn't riddled with bugs and freeze offs. But with that melting pot of issues is why the game is failing to stand up.
@@Memory815this is true. Bugs, freeze offs, broken co-op, bringing sets back for DD despite the majority of the fanbase not wanting them back, a lack of improvements to other modes like March to October, RTTS, and franchise, and that’s how we ended up here!
It's about the consistency of it. It is legitimately terrible this year. i've played this game for multiple years and it's worse than "just baseball" currently with how many late and early bloop hits there are in comparison to good timing and PCI line outs. I notice it as a hitter and on defense.
