Most people miss the point that the devil is used as a scapegoat for their own evil actions; it's people who are responsible for their actions, it's people doing evil things.

Diehard Stones, 60 yrs old blah blah blah, anyhow, and don’t stone me, actually feel free to, but this particular performance was perfect, but even great songs can go a bit long, nonetheless a stellar performance with a great song.

I balked at the ticket price ,£10.00 (!) but went anyway.. I was well impressed with the musicianship and energy and understood what the fuss was all about that day..Saw them again 31 years later in 2013 when I was working at Glastonbury...I had binoculars on the stage and Keith hardly played a note, Ronnie Wood doing all the heavy lifting..but in those 31 years ,I've lost a lot of that energy too I guess! Yep, they did just play the Bay Area. I was there a week ago tonight, and they were freaking awesome!! 😀 This song was included in the set.
    Mick, 80, still struts around like a 20-year-old. 😎
They were touring their new album, Hackney Diamonds, and, to the best of my knowledge, they haven't said anything about this being a farewell tour. In fact, they're apparently thinking of making another LP. 👍✌️🥳

    oh man.
the stones have, in my opinion, a string of their best albums beginning with '67s Beggar's Banquet, then Let it Bleed, Sticky Fingers, Exile on Main Street, and Goat's Head Soup in '73 that are all solid work.
this is after their more mid-60s psychedelic vibe when they got back to the roots of rock and re-embraced the sounds of american country and blues.

Mick always looked like he was in Fast Forward when you'd see him on stage. This may acutally be their "last tour" but they've said that for near about 30 years... Fairwell Tour....number 5 or 6

This was called The Rollings Stones Rock n Roll Circus. It was filmed in 1968 but didn't get released until 1996. John Lennon, Eric Clapton, Jethro Tull, Taj Mahal, and a few other notables performed. Some of these other performances are on TH-cam. You should check them out.

The cat on percussion was Kwasi Dzidzornu and they also had Nicky Hopkins on piano. Nicky would later become a member of the Jeff Beck Group and the original Whitesnake.

There was a lot of rock to R&B crossover back in the day. Rock stations would routinely play The Temptations, Spinners, Jackson 5, etc etc. We would drift over to the R&B stations occasionally to hear what they weren't playing on the rock stations.
