Thanks for the review. I am just starting to saddle hunt and come from hang on and climbing stands. I also live and hunt in FL and it's hot most of the time. I'm in HOT Texas and have the Venatic and it not really an issue giving swamp butt. That depends on your hunting clothes heavy or med weight. I see your reason for mesh may be cooler. But it not issue really

How would you compare the covert lite to the covert pro?
on public lands...CAN"T use screw-in hangers ( see that you have one screwed into tree to hang backpak?)
Every state has different laws regarding the issue. In my state, it is legal to use screw in pegs
