I find Portugal so intriguing. I’m to old to take on a project like this or even maintain a small farm but I can see it would be a joy to live and enjoy the country side. I’ve sent my son who is 48 a few videos in hopes of stimulating his interest. This British guy is about as mellows they come.

I like the exterior of the farmhouse. It’s got that old rustic charm. But I would add a 2nd floor over the car port, with an open veranda or balcony, in order to get a better view of the lovely vista of the property. 👍 👍 The chicks are so cute and it’s really interesting, that mother duck hatched the 2 chicken eggs. 😮 Till your next video, Joseph! So this video is 3 months old by the time I'm seeing it. What has become of this property? Did it sell? How much? The price is justified with a built-in revenue source, enough grapes for 26,000 bottles of wine annually. And BTW, can the stone cottage be turned into a Bar and Game room for a family compound? Or maybe a pool house? Or in the alternative, keeping it as a barn/manger for rabbits, etc, as it once was. A wee bit tiny for some modern residential uses. Anyway, curious of what became of the property. Another GREAT VIDEO!!!!

Could I please suggest that as part of our presentations that you please include cardinal orientations (N,S,E,W, etc) to the face of the buildings, entrance to property, those kinds of things. Say, "The front of the house faces Southwest (SW)...". It really helps. Rather than me figuring time of day, shadow angles🤣🤣 Google Maps pin would be great. very nice cottage and vineyard! good possibilities for different animal rearing, I'm sure the neighbor knows people who can farm the grapes in exchange for caring for the plants and keeping them trimmed and the land around them groomed while the owner person could raise chickens or veggies and tend the fruit trees I would be canning and dehydrating the fruit for sale, kind of like you do with your cherries. Or justworking from home as Gina and Ken from OK PORTUGAL do.Their neighbor graze sheep on their farm and they also harvest hay and help gather olives for the the oil, which they share with the neighbor in exchange! love your farm and family and your wonderful way with people. regards to your parents and Marina's too! have a great week. glad to see your baby and glad your dog is looking well. Is it possible to buy a piece of land to build a UK style 3 bed bungalow? I have athritis and find stairs impossible now.

Not a lot unfortunately, cherries are harder to grow, take more time and require more work on the trees, so they sell for more
