I've been thinking of killing time before getting to/from work or college, simply popping to the shop for some snacks, for the break periods you're not allowed to leave. Also, when I went to sixth-form, keeping pupils inside the premises would've been seen as encroachment of personal space. We've all got matters to attend to between lectures, driving lessons, helping parents, part time job. I feel bad for you.

back when i was in college they didn't care. For as long as there wasn't a lesson, you could go where ever you liked
