This song is one of the most amazing poems to drop out of the early 1970s. So profound, and so well presented and sung by both. The American pie album has to live forever as one of the classics of all time, and your step into character at the 2 minute mark was exceptional Emma-Jean. So much talent Emma-Jean, so many holes in the universe waiting to be filled with respectful desires, and all of them looking like stars in the sky to our unfeeling and unseeing eyes.

@@AdrianEmmaJeanMusic , Luis is a friend Adrian. We both follow several of the same different people, including EJ's friend Giulia in Italy. I was so sad for her, I had tears in my eyes watching her with tears in her eyes. I could see that the stress of the whole competition was getting to her. If it weren't for that, there's no doubt in my mind that she would have won the competition. I didn't realize until she said it to the coaches during her audition that it was her first time on the big stage in front of people. I have followed her for years, and I love and care about her, and I know next time she will win, now that she has the experience on stage.
You two always are just so incredibly good. Your voices are both gorgeous (I would still do anything to have an amazing tenor voice like you Adrian) and your harmonies are always pure perfection. It's pure joy listening to you two singing. 👏👏👏👏🌹🌹🌹🌹🫶

This is one of my favourite songs ever since I heard Jackie Evancho's cover of it. This is very different in some way but still beautiful. Emma's voice has grown so beautiful and clear, with a richness that seems to grow with every new recording I hear. All in all, beautiful - and fantastic harmonies as usual!

I love this song since I was a child. I am from the late 80ies, but I found it in a sheet music book as child. I really enjoy your version. Your voices mix very well and I really love to hear the progress in Emma's voice. Wish you the best.
This is a sad beautiful song, I think you do this song excellent together, I find the song from Don McLean - Vincent seams a little rushed, but that is his song and how he does his song. I prefer your temple as I can understand the words more and feel the emotion of the song, What amazing to me is how well Father & Daughter sing so well together, The different keys you sing together completes as one and that is what professionals do, Thank you for sharing your talent. Don McLean's version has been heard repeatedly by me since it came out. The duet version of this fine father-daughter team does this work justice as a rendition that Don alone could not match. Still Don's work was outstanding. From now on I will listen to each, each time one comes in view, on the computer or in my mind's eye which can not compare to either's performance, so I will seek each out on the Internet.
The father and daughter have now reached a level of professionalism that is superb as their harmonies seem unreachable by other than those closely related to one another such as here.
