Poorly designed short slip roads into fast roads is the real problem here. Either do a T junction or create a long enough slip road. Don’t tempt motorists with a half arsed one.

Just as bad here in Tasmania. It’s complete incompetence mixed with terrible judgement and lack of confidence in their own ability and yes sometimes drugs as well. It’s a real mixed bag, I can’t go out of my driveway without seeing bad driving.
