1. How to choose a power supply?
The power supply with the board is very important. The ripple of the selected power supply must be small. A power supply with a large ripple will cause the bottom noise of the power amplifier board to become larger and there will be current noise. The higher the voltage, the greater the current, and the more adequate the output power. The power supply is 12V1A and can be equipped with 34-inch speakers. If it is above 19V 5A, there is no problem with 8-10 inches, and the power supply must be highly regarded. If the voltage is too low, the amplified sound will easily cause sound distortion. If the current is too low, the speaker will pull down the voltage, which will result in abnormal operation or poor sound quality.
It is recommended to use a power supply of 18V19V24V with a current above 5A. If you only have 9V12V or 1A 2A power supply, it can be used but the power is low. When the volume is selected close to the maximum, it may be distorted and affect the sound quality.
2. How to choose a speaker?
Regarding speaker types: commonly used speakers are generally 4-8 ohms, which can be used. The left and right channel speakers need to be connected to full-range speakers or mid- to high-frequency speakers, and the power is between 20W-100W. The subwoofer speaker cannot be connected to an ordinary speaker, and a speaker with a subwoofer speaker must be connected with a power between 20-100. The dive frequency of the subwoofer speaker must be at least 50 Hz.
If your speaker has a low power, such as between 20W-50W, it can be used. You need a lower power supply voltage to prevent the speaker from burning after amplifying the sound. For example, choose a power supply below 15V.
If you are a 50W-100W speaker, don't worry about the problem of speaker burnout. You can choose a 12-24V power supply. The higher the selected voltage, the greater the sound or power that can be output. The speaker power should not exceed 100W, otherwise it will affect the sound quality.

This amp don't have channel isolation while using aux. It works as mono channel while using the aux. so basically it is 1.1 amp while using aux (zk mt21 model)

Main problem of this amplifier is degrading signal in china "processor". Line in signal don't pass directly to pre amp, but first pass bt processor... The sound with processor bypass is much better. Also @Yagnesh Patel indentify that this version didn't have EMI filter on exit and it is should be fixed at least by ferrite rings. Or buy same amplifier with filter (ZK-TB21).

But, to be correct. Manufacturer offer, as an option, to use ferrite rings instead of inductions/capacitors filter. So it is possible to buy additional 6 rings for each wire... But result is unclear.

For outdoor 2.1 system minimum 500 watt subwoofer is required with 200+200 watt speakers. You have to use transistor amplifier for that. Also you can use class D for subwoofer and Class AB Transistor amp for Left Right Channel. But the enclosure design is most important here along with good quality speakers otherwise there will be no enough SPL for outdoor. Local speakers can be used but it should be with big voice coil and magnet. For opamps,..it depends upon your use. all are good. However try to make each circuit separate for left and right channel for good performance. Do not use same op amp for stereo channel for good separation.

3 amp is not sufficient. Though it will work good at lower volumes. You should get at least 8 amp. Best power supply for this board is 24 volt 10.amp.

The unit I received was not working properly or this is how it is designed as when I plugged in with a 3.5 mm jack connection the sound output received is a mono channel or you can say both the channels are overlapping, I have tested thoroughly with multiple cables and sources but the issue stays

No sir. It has variable low pass filter on subwoofer channel. You can use any subwoofer from 20 to 200hz frequency response.

I think it s not treble bass control.it is high pass freq setting for upper speakers and low pass freq setting for subwoofer.and both should be carefully matched in freq to get flat freq.and in level also.
There is BT for full range and variable low pass for subwoofer. Both are seperate.

One Question before I buy this board...
I like "soft treble". In your video, it seemed that the treble is "harsh". But it may be because mic cannot pick proper frequencies. PLEASE ADVISE IF THE TREBLE QUALITY IS SAME AS OLD JAPANESE BRANDED AMPLIFIERS?

Treble depends on the drive, I feel like he is using a piezo tweeter, you get a much better sound with silk dome tweeter

Fortunately, I have old paper cone tweeters which are very soft in sound. However, if amplifier is not of good quality, the higher end frequencies are either diminished or changed to harsher sounds. With 2.1 there is no worry for bass as you have plenty, but good treble is not easy for most class D boards

These are filter-less amplifier these have very small smd filter because their switching frequency is too high and also very low mosfet Cgs. so it have output voltage swing .

Sir, this board has seperate bass control for both woofer and LR channel. We can adjust as per our requirement
@@WhatIThink Now I have got the idea, If I make a separation between subwoofer and Mid+high, acoustic interference pressure can be avoided or long back you described use of 2 S/W for cabinet designing, may be with some alteration Mid and Lows can be installed in single enclosure. Tweeters are, I think generally sealed from back so it may be no issue, as you already demonstrated. I saw physical separation of mid as cabinet in cabinet in a vintage enclosure of Armstrong USA stereo (50x50RMS) system. Kindly make a clip where we can house a subwoofer, mid and tweeter using electrical parameter to the best extent, so that instead pf 2.1, we can have an option of 2.0 channels. Thanks for guidance.
