Hi Lateriser, in regards to the Jota vs Diaz debate I believe firstly that you are right that Slot does not really rate Darwin so he isn't in contention here so no worries there. As to who I would go for moving forward I would probably go for Diaz instead and I'll tell you why. Jota is very injury prone, inevitably it will happen especially if he is playing a lot of minutes both in the premier league and the Champions League aswell to which Diaz doesn't have that problem. If that does end up happening then the Liverpool front 3 moving forward would then be Diaz LW Gakpo CF Salah RW Nunez 1st sub. If Jota's injury concerns weren't an issue then I'd probably change my mind completely however because of this Diaz seems the most sensible and reliable option for me moving forward.
I've got Barco, Odegaard, Muniz (and Isak) so I'm facing an even tougher dilemma than LR. However this video was good to help me to confirm that I'm going to suck it up and WC6. Whether 1FT or both FTs is the challenge. Ode -> Mbuemo is easy, but Muniz is the tougher decision, wait to hear on Pedro / DCL I guess, or just roll. As a Palace fan I'd love to consider Nketiah as well, but unclear yet if he will be a regular starter.
Hi LR, I have a very similar team to yours ( have Porro, Saka, Eze instead of Salah, Munoz, Gordon). I also have 2 FTs. I’m very tempted to use a WC and get close to the Salah + Watkins draft you showed. This way, I’ll have 3FTs in GW7 to get Haaland back. Would you pull the trigger?
