How to delete effects from multiple clips in Premiere Pro

- Let's say you have effects on multiple clips that you want to delete but you want to find a more efficient way of deleting them than going up to the "Effect Controls" window on every single clip and deleting them manually.
There is a really good solution to this called "Remove attributes" and how this works is that you select one or multiple clips, right-click on them, click "Remove attributes" and then simply select the video attributes or audio attributes that you want to remove and click "OK".

I think this didnt delete effect but it only hides them?

Walk me through the process here, you crop a video with Transform (or Motion?) and then you delete that effect, and it's still cropped? Since Transform is always there, you can't delete that property, but if you used an effect from the Effects window, it should work to delete it. :)

@@DavidLindgren89 I cropped the video using transform and then I tried to do this tutorial of yours, It removes the crop but when I tried to crop the same clip again it doesnt affect the clip it wont crop. I'm not good at english i'm sorry.
I'm sorry, I meant MOTION is always there. Transform is what you add from the Effects window. My bad! :)
I actually tried to recreate what you just described and it works fine for me.
Are you looking at the window in the "Program" monitor and is "Fx mute" deselected in that same window? Because if so, it should work.
Can you crop using "Motion" or "Crop"?

Select all the text, go to Essential Graphics window, scroll down to the bottom and uncheck background. Not at the computer right now so not 100% sure, but I think that’s how you do it.

@@DavidLindgren89Thanks for the feedback! It didn't quite work the way you described on my system. Still trying to find a way to delete "shape" values from multiple text clips at once. Using mac os and PP v 15.4.5
@@robertkirwan7871 Ah that could be it. I'm using version 22.5 and I believe it is a somewhat new feature in Premiere that you can change settings for texts globally. Updating the software should solve it. (That is if the text itself has the shape/background in it, and it's not a separate layer, because if so, you could just delete that layer. But I suppose you would've tried that already?)

Any short key for ripple delete ?
Try "Shift + Delete" :) You can also open up the keyboard shortcuts window (ctrl + alt + K) and set it to whatever you want. Hope that helps! :)
