Just found your channel and big 👍. Little tip for that handle drilling. After drilling jos warm the tang and showe it in handle. Fits perfect.

Holy smokes, Erick. That turned out so good! The myrtle, the bolster, the hamon line, the profile... Everything looks great. I'd call that a hell of a success for your first hidden tang.

Great information and video. I was hoping to see the set up for drilling the pin hole in the handle though.

That’s how I do mine. The bolster and the spine is flat. Looks better and feels better. Great job Eric. The first one I did,it seemed like I was so far behind. Like I could have made 4 knives by the time it took to do that one.

Man, I just love your videos, short sweet and to the point..I've been making knifes for a while now and a hidden tang is next on my list, with that being said I'm thinking about the harbor freight mini milling machine, for under 700 plus bucks it might not be a bad investment, plus I could use it for other stuff I create, I know not everyone can afford one but thought I'd put it out there...anyway, love the channel.

Forgive my green horn, as it were, but will someone lmk what this bolster material is so I can see how it's spelled? I heard "molta/mocha bigané". lmao I'm sure what I heard and what it is in actuality are two very different things. Thanks in advance.
