In West Bengal the scenario is totally different, See the latest Calcutta High court order. From last 12 years the real obc categories (called as OBC B in west bengal) are the victim of vote bank politics. They are getting reservations only 7% instead of 27% and 10% quota is reserved for Muslim communities (who are not even real obc ,even not listed in obc NCL central list) by the name of OBC A category illegally. These are not my words, All of above clearly mentioned in the court's order...
