From last 12 years the real obc categories (called as OBC B in west bengal) are the victim of vote bank politics.
They are getting reservations only 7% instead of 27% and 10% quota is reserved for Muslim communities (who are not even real obc ,even not listed in obc NCL central list) by the name of OBC A category illegally.
These are not my words,
All of above clearly mentioned in the court's order.

West Bengal main Mamata ka government 2011 ke baad 99% Muslim community ko obc a main include kar diya tha , aur vote bank ka rajniti ke Karon inn community ka jada reservation milta hain ( 27% obc reservation main obc a Matlab Muslim community ka 17% reservation aur 10% obc Matlab hindu community ka). Ye sarkar West Bengal ko worst Bengal banba diya hain.

@@sujitdey1034 CPIM is zero because we voted BJP last two elections. Now we will vote CPIM. CPIM made Rajarhat, Saltlake, Haldia, Bakreshwar and lots of power projects in Purulia and Birbhum. If you want to make paper industry in the digital era, you will be in loose. One day that will be shutdown, none can save you. ARDA was made by left front in 1980. CPIM stands for livelihood and good life of labours. That's way strikes happend. Now a days, you have to work more than 12 hours in a few ruppes. Are you happy with this? CPIM gives land to every farmers, they builts schools for everybody. Making Schools, college, standing for the civil rights,giving job for everybody were bad? may be 2-3 leaders were bad but CPIM rule was the best that we left.

If your subcaste resolution listed before 2010 , then no tension , you are fully valid OBC holder.

This order will increase competition in general category......😢😢😢....... abolish all caste reservation SC ST OBC.....give 50-50 reservation only on the basis of economical power irrespective of castes.....50% economically stronger and 50% economically deprived....which will be re-evaluated on every economical year.....then a level field will be given to the students....😊😊
However.... economic criteria can never be a ground for reservation... it's social and educational backwardness... however in Bengal mostly casteism is dying because of social reformer...intercaste marriage is on rise ...but in UP ,Bihar nd Raj Mp...caste atrocities rising... merely keeping moustache is ground for murder in a caste ridden society...nd they won't marry their sister with so called lower caste

Bro many of you have misconception , highcourt banned those certificate for those sub category which were included in central list obc after 2010,... that's not mean that if you applied obc after 2010 or ongoing year,your certificate is not valid..just check it properly. ,you can directly download obc central list and cross check it with your sub category.🇮🇳 Joy hind 🇮🇳
All the 'certificates' are cancelled or all the classes added after 2010 are scrapped. Please clarify because I have read the verdict there it was written that classes added before 2010 are still valid.

Par tumhe Mandal obc reserve ki malai chaihye jisse ghatia number + age relaxation pe asani se job le sako.
Arakshan Caste basis pe diya jata hai financial basis pe nahi na hi religion basis pe. 😊

Don't spread wrong information. Calcutta HC cancelled the OBC-A category certificate because it came into effect by just a ministerial order which is totally unconstitutional. To make any amendment on reservation you have to pass a law in legislature. It also doesn't take any consent of BC commission before including 97% of muslim population into OBC category which is violations of the Constitution. So the HC order is just to protect the Constitution.

এই রায় কেবল মাত্র general দের competition আরও বাড়ালো। Caste certificate বাতিল করে লাভ নেই, caste reservation বাতিল করে irrespective of caste 50-50 economical reservation দেওয়া হোক। যেখানে 50% economically strong (anual family income above 5 lakhs, won't get benefits) & 50% economically deprived (anual family income below 5 lakhs, will get benefits) দের reservation দেওয়া হবে যা প্রতি বছর পুনর্মূল্যায়ন করা হবে, যদি অর্থনৈতিক অবস্থার উন্নতি হয় তাহলে তিনি কোনো সুবিধা পাবেন না (বছরে 5 লাখ একটা ভালো মাইনে) ।
যে দেশে প্রধানমন্ত্রী হওয়ার পর নিজের জাতিকে OBC এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হয় সেখানে এইধরনের জালিয়াতি খুবই সাধারণ ব্যাপার।

১৯৯৪ সালে ছাবিল দাস মেহেতার সময় ( কংগ্রেস) মোদ ঘাঞ্জি জাতিকে OBC তে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে।
তার পর ১৯৯৯ তে এই জাতিটি কেন্দ্রের OBC তালিকা ভুক্ত হয়।
আর নরেন্দ্র মোদী মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হয় ২০০১ সালে।
এবার আমাকে একটু বুঝিয়ে দিন আপনার কথার মানে কী....

It's not that bro, which sub category were included in central list after 2010 they are not valid.you can still apply new certificate according to your caste and year checking..
