I gave up on pulling on event banners because I'm tired of spending way too much money for very little reward, not to mention the ridiculously high amount of pulls that's required to get guaranteed banner character (I lost all my pities on event banners only to get characters that either I already have or ones that don't match my play style) but I'm excited to have her one day!
I agree with the ridiculously high pity count, somewhere around 80-90 should be more than enough but the fact that you could go over a hundred without getting anything worth mentioning is absurd

If you lose pity, you can lose it again the second time, no guarantee you'll get the banner character then, only after an absurd amount of 450 pulls. And it's am absolute nightmare to even save up a 10 pull the f2p/low spender way and considering the things I mentioned above, it's just not worth whaling all the time. I really like the game but it's very money oriented and while I get that the devs have to make a living on something, the gacha system in this game is just very faulty and players other than whales are not likely to stick around long term.
I saved a lot for Ollie and after about 300 pulls while his event was on I still didn't get him. Didn't wanna spend real money so there goes my idea of having a character I really like because of his backstory...

Don't forget to release more 3 and 4* espers as well. I know you're a business that cares a LOT about money, but the game itself would benefit a lot from new pulls without dumping so much money into legendaries.

I really want to know who is that singer so that I could confirm. It's probably not Chris' seiyuu, would be too good to be true, also considering she's singing in English here, but it somehow sounds SO very close!! And I LOVE it!! I was already looking forward to this character, but now I'm even more excited thanks to this video. Her moves look so slick and cool, especially the final one with that animation! And how she's bonding with her plush rabbit in that icon art, maybe that's a hidden message and I love that! She's relatable somehow! Also, assassins FTW! I'm sure she could be a Turk in FF7's world. I've been saving my gold records for her, I have 10 of them now, but I don't have much hope of pulling her considering the low rates and the comments I'm seeing. Still, I'll try, who knows.
