- Hey! You live in Mexico, Steve... What is the best beach in Playa del Carmen? Well.... funny you should ask that because it's one of my favorite topics!
When I was able to quit my job and get the heck out of Las Vegas, the main thing on my mind when looking for a place to move was the beach situation. I wanted to live in a tropical paradise and relax on beautiful beaches year round.
So, I ended up in Playa del Carmen and in this video, I'll break down the top beaches in Playa and let you know the ins and outs of beach life here,

Hi Steve! I’m planning on visiting this summer and am debating between Xpu-Ha (at Catalonia Royal Tulum resort) and Playa Del Secreto (Valentin Imperial Resort). The resort at playa del Secreto seems nicer but I’ve heard amazing stuff about Xpu-Ha’s beach. Is it really that much better compared to Playa Del Secreto? I want rock free, sugar fine sand, and clear mild waters. Thoughts?
Thanks for the input regarding the beaches. In your opinion what would be the best months to come to this part of Mexico. I will be coming with a friend mainly for the beaches.

Hi Steve , how do you spell the name of the first beach
+Sebastian Zach It's actually kind of a funny spelling - I believe it's Mayan in origin... but it is spelled "Xpu Ha Beach." Or I have seen it with a dash, like "Xpu-Ha Beach." It's one of the most amazing beaches around this area tho. Definitely worth the visit if you are in this part of Mexico.

+Rawandi Hahaha... I am mildly amused that you think I don't know how to pronounce my own damn name. I've only had it for 44 years. Seriously? The name originates in an area of Europe that both France and Germany have claimed over the centuries. The french pronounce it that way, but my heritage is German. Hence the German pronunciation. If you care to do your research before trying to sound intelligent, you would save yourself from looking rather silly.
