Is it an Arca Swiss type mount and fits the peak design standard plate?

It is. It's just a regular generic ballhead. The only issue seems to be the new version of the Peak Design plate. It's very low profile and might be too tight of a fit. Previous versions don't seem to be an issue.

Probably because the exact weights and measurements are in the product specs, website, etc?

A manufacturer can change specs at any time. It's why they are often listed as subject to change/revisions. So if someone tells you it's "X" today, and the manufacturer says it is "Y" tomorrow, because of further testing, or because they change a component, then that presents its own problem. That's why it's always best to refer to the manufacture for those specs :)

A light one should be OK. Like a small mirrorless. Would not add more than that. The legs don't spread far enough to support the weight. It could tip.
