people exaggerate, hes not nearly as bad as someone like arlan, but hes simply outclassed and needs too much investment for what other characters can achhieve easily.

not at all.he's a really godo dps. sure not AS busted as xueyi, dhil, jingliu. but he's very very close and has really good moments they couldn't dream of in certain scenarios
