For people who didn’t understand the coding question issue: Obviously no one asks easy questions like prime number but they also don’t ask any new questions. They are all just same and can be remembered 500-600 questions of Data Structures and Algorithms which have no logic to be checked if everyone is just remembering them. There are very few companies who look for projects also. I have cleared many coding interviews in India even for companies offering more than 20 lakhs per annum, so you can take my word on it. Also some exceptions of good companies and interviews are also in India. But i feel it’s my duty to showcase the faults of India’s coding environment where undue importance is given to coding questions rather than the candidate and his skills.
The point is they are all variants of the same question. And maybe you think this is a new question but if you search you will find that it would have been asked many times before.

Even if you consider cost of living, the pay would be much better. Also very few companies are paying 15 LPA inhand, mostly pay less than 12 and just increase ctc in the name of extra things

Definitely Europe. If you want to work for a few years in japan then maybe you can but the work life is very tough there. You have to work long hours but the pay doesnt seem fair. Europe has way better work- life balance and overall lifestyle imo.

Try networking with fellow people on linkedin who are indiansand living in the country or who are recruiting for employees. You also have to be good at your work. Still Japanese Tokyo University is better than all IITs, it constantly ranks better in ICPC, this year it was ranked 3. Indian IIT never been in top 10 IIRC Since there is shortage of workers in Japan, it's not as competitive as India in this field
