From my previous experience of the labour party, all these is wishful thinking and all talk! I hope it favours immigrants who are already here. I would just advice everyone to take all these with a pinch of salt and watch as things pan out not in the first year but from year 3 onwards.

Do companies employing UK workers first also include migrants? If companies don't recruit from overseas by default, do migrants in the UK also count as people they can employ and not just UK citizens? Please respond
Well, Starmer’s wishful thinking. Saying is one thing, implementing is another. Some of the things he has proposed is nothing new - recruit within not overseas. There is still not enough workers e.g NHS, they will still recruit from overseas. - It will take him awhile to implement some of what he promised during his campaign. The voters don’t forget. Remember, some of these things will have to be debated in parliament.
- For Starmer to have won, the voters were fed up with the Tories, not that Labour had better policies. Blair opened the borders for Migration, didn’t start with conservative.
My comment in your last video was that labour is going to win.
I also said restrictions of the 20hours of skilled is going to be removed soon. Also, more ILR coming, while the years will be reduced. Labour is migrant friendly

Because the annual salary on my cos states is 22,300, but the new threshold states 23,300 for health and care visas . Do I have to meet the £23,300 ?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. It is very painful experience to live in the UK as an illegal immigrant. You cant get legal work and you will be exploited heavily by backdoor employers. Housing will be a problem, no bank account, no insurance, no nhs etc. Dont do it.
Imagine conservatives cut down legal migration, How are you going to come to the UK? It’s just a shame they sacrificed their position for migrations.

I got married in May 2014 and obtained UK settled status in 2019. Now, I want to bring my wife and our two children, who are currently residing in India, to join me in the UK. Our first daughter was born in March 2015 and our second daughter in September 2017.
