Tuxedo Hulk is a reference to Joe Fixit, one of the alternate personalities of the Hulk. Joe is often portrayed as a grey skinned hulk (reference to his first appearance) who is a 1920s looking gangster living in Vegas so that's why he wears the tuxedo. Mastero Hulk is basically evil hulk from the future. In the alternate future, the Earth is a wasteland due to nuclear war, and Mastero is the ruler of the only inhabitable place on that Earth (I think). However, while he does supply that place with tech and wisdom, he is also a dictator who went mad at the death of his friends by his hands. He even has a trophy room full of Avengers stuff with his go-weapons often being Cap's broken shield and Surfer's board. Nowadays, he tends to be the go-to villain for any time travel related stuff aside from Kang. 1 million BC Hulk is not a hulk at all. It is a reference to the Starbrand, a cosmic entity that grants people superpowers
The hulk was Gray in his first appearance and later got an alter ego named Joe Fixit who also had Gray skin, all the suits with gray skin is just references to that.
