So unless she aided and abetted in violating a state or federal law to help them get away with this, and they can prove it, she might not be arrested. Personally, I think she should be because there’s no way she hasn’t known this whole time and that’s horrible. But lawfully/legally, I guess we’ll see.

I am new to this case as well, but I also bring age/experience with me. This woman sounds very intelligent to me & my experience tells me there's a whole bunch of people who don't understand law. Don't understand policing, investigation nor the fact many people get convicted while being innocent. I also understand loss, the Smart family will always grieve for their daughter. But ask yourself this before you make up your mind who did this, all our responsibility as citizens is to assume innocent until proven in a court. NOT decide with some of the facts, but wait until you hear the evidence. Charged does not equal evidence. May God watch over both families 🙏

Susan Flores sent back the package along with a note saying “If I wanted to see pictures of your daughter, I would have asked for them. Look at them yourself”. Suddenly she wants Kristin Smart to be found? Suddenly she cares from a maternal perspective? Say her name Susan. She will be found. Justice will come. You all slipped up somewhere, and police are finally seeing those cracks.

Some things I noticed that make her seem even more suspicious- she keeps shifting around, talking in circles, eye contact seems off, she seems to be thinking over her words carefully and even seems to have a few slip ups, keeps making any wild excuse she can for her son, and she won't say Kristin's name. This interview is a DA's dream. Once the recording's admitted into evidence, everything she talked about is open to questioning. It might not sound like much because she thinks she's being careful and clever, but a good prosecutor is going to bust her wide open.

She’s creating a buffer in case evidence is found in it. “The Ranger was a trade in, so it’s not technically ours.” Not that we didn’t already know one or both of the trucks was involved. Ruben’s inconsistencies surrounding them in 1997 pointed to this.
Right, she’s claiming the Ford Ranger was a trade-in, so the Flores Family is not the original owner. Therefore, if there is any evidence in the Ranger that could be connected to Kristin Smart’s disappearance and murder, the Flores could say the car wasn’t in their possession for its entire existence, that someone else could be responsible. Allegedly someone who was her neighbour was trying to fix things in her backyard by the fence(on the other side of the fence was the Flores’ house) Susan then came outside and yelled at the woman for trying to peak into her backyard. The woman said she was trying to fix something and Susan unnecessarily kept yelling and saying “I know what you’re doing and whatever you’re looking for isn’t here” which was an odd thing to say. Also a woman who worked at Coca Cola she secretly took pics of Paul and uploaded it saying how most of the woman he works with felt uncomfortable around him. She said how he would act inappropriately and touch the female coworkers.

Nope, instead she talks about how you never know what people who are "off" are going to do. Their entire family is off. You can tell they have some family "secrets" and Kristin Smart wasn't the first one. Who in the world would think their parents would help them keep such a secret? Somebody who's keeping a secret for them and already knows how immoral they are.
I could pick apart her responses. She had to stop or correct herself severe times so she didn't say anything incriminating. She can't even be bothered to say her name. I get we want to protect our children, but the Smart family needs answers!
Yes you are right on that. She had to stop herself multiple times so not to incriminate herself and she can't even say Kristin's name. She clearly feels she will be going to a court over this.

Civil suit filing stated Kristin’s remains were possibly moved right after FBI warrant last Feb 2020. When they removed all electronic devices.

She answered, “We have no responsibility in her disappearance, or what happened to that young woman. No. And I’ve said it in a court of law." She didn't answer the question. It was a yes or no question. She went another way. If she didn't say it, we can't say it for her. Neither she nor Reuben are innocent.

Right, she’s claiming the Ford Ranger was a trade-in, so the Flores Family is not the original owner. Therefore, if there is any evidence in the Ranger that could be connected to Kristin Smart’s disappearance and murder, the Flores could say the car wasn’t in their possession for its entire existence, that someone else could be responsible. Absurd.
When she said she gave them permission to dig up the whole yard but the insurance wouldn’t pay?? Ugh why didn’t the reporter or her partner ask “can they do it now”!!!!!!! Cmon !!!!!! She gave permission because they moved her body earlier this year. She probably thought that if they couldn't find her actual remains that it would put them in the clear, but they were able to find clear evidence that she had been buried there.

Its kind of bitter sweet knowing they thought they were getting away with murder but for the past 25 years they have been tormented and im sure they had moments were things were quiet, but the whispers and the stares never stopped. They couldn’t leave town because they would give up the secrets on the property, and they couldn’t move on from it and get rid of anything evidential as they had spotlights on them. Poetic justice. Allegedly someone who was her neighbour was trying to fix things in her backyard by the fence(on the other side of the fence was the Flores’ house) Susan then came outside and yelled at the woman for trying to peak into her backyard. The woman said she was trying to fix something and Susan unnecessarily kept yelling and saying “I know what you’re doing and whatever you’re looking for isn’t here” which was an odd thing to say. Also a woman who worked at Coca Cola she secretly took pics of Paul and uploaded it saying how most of the woman he works with felt uncomfortable around him. She said how he would act inappropriately and touch the female coworkers.
Wonder how they’d feel if their daughter went missing and another family hindered the investigation like they have?!?!!

Susan has been enabling Paul since he was a child, never holding him responsibility… in the podcast, people talk about Paul intentionally trying to drown a young girl at daycare, stomping on a boy’s head until he is in a coma, etc, and even back then Susan blamed the other children. She is truly a vile human being and I’m glad she will only get to visit her precious, perfect angel behind bars for the rest of her life. She should rot in prison alongside him, but hopefully the prison of her paranoid, delusional mind causes pain during every one of her waking hours… in fact, all of the Flores family members plus Mike should suffer the same fate.

It’s not a filed day for them to go through all your stuff, they’re trying to bring closure to a family and the community and the victim herself. So for her to try to act like it’s so horrible they went through your stuff, well it’s horrible that a girl went missing and her son has something to do with it even if it’s minor.
