Many diners greedily fill there plates & after stomach full they leave the extra food in the same plate, which is a all a waste.
Even if the customer pays the full amount for the food ordered, it is very sad to disposed the food for nothing which the chefs have put their heart and time in cooking and also the precious food is wasted.
My query is - are their any rule for the diners so as not to waste the food. In one foreign country ( name forgot) if food is wasted the diners has to pay a huge penalty.

Why don't you stop eating and start donating your food? Farmers have my sympathy and I hope they get justice. But you can't get sanctimonious on people for no reason. I believe you go out with your family or eat your meals daily. You haven't given up on anything. The channel and the host are doing their job. And blatantly you have assumed that they are wasting food. You can clearly see they are very much not wasting anything.
