@blackitty101 if you checked out another vid, there was a vid revealing that there were two voice actors: one for hatsune miku and another for both len and rin. it's not computer generated, they just edited the voice to sound like it's computer generated. im just saying at 2:25 it sounded like hatsune miku singing because if you play the original, you'll see why
no at first, when haku was created her design was used for the songs that messed up on miku that sounded drunk, but later when received fandom and gained crypton's products was changed to a lower miku :3

@937olter there may be voice actors but if youve ever made an UTAU (or seen someone make one) you would know they record these voice actors saying everything they need to make the voicebank (all in the same pitch I belive) and then from there they are computer generated (hope that makes sense)
I wonder if there is a download anywhere on the internet for this since Haku instantly became one of my fave Vocaloids by singing this song and this is definitely one of my favorite versions of Romeo and Cinderella :D

@yuukikuran101 we dont mean it in a bad way, her voice IS a fail of miku, thats how miku sounded when her synthisiser failed, so they decited to keep it, all they did was create a mascot, and thats how haku was created, yes she does have a beautilfull voice ^-^

Is the fact that you can't buy them such a determining factor? I thought the only thing that really mattered was that you could use their voice to express yourself in your song. You can use any of these characters to tell a story, sing a song or do a dance. Isn't that enough to classify them as vocaloids. Also as far as I remember Haku has evolved from simply pitching down miku to a full on voice configuration (albeit you still need miku's software to do it and you can possibly use meiko's)
I have understood that Haku's original idea was to be a shoddy version of Miku but then many users changed the idea to be haku an adult version of Miku's voice PD: (sorry if I write no means a traducctor THROUGH)

@937olter Each Vocaloid has its own voice provider. The exceptions are the Kagamines. They both use the same voice pitched and gender adjusted

@tonivs75ny it stands for desktop music. since she wasn't origanly made by crypton. but they sort of "adopted" her

She's the best~ Her voice has more of a meaningful quality to it. Not too high, but just right. She sounds realistic.

They are fanmade vocaloids and crypton acknowledged that they exist and use them for merchandise and stuff. They are not official vocaloids.
